KGS Attraction Ticket Payment Plan

  • A $50.00 non-refundable deposit must be made at the time of the prepaid attraction ticket booking. 
  • By authorizing charges of a prepaid rate, payments will be charged and received in full 14 days prior to  arrival date of ___/____/____.  
  • Prepaid attraction ticket booking is charged to the debit/credit card holder information provided. 

*No other debit/ credit card or person information can be linked to this prepaid booking. 

  • If automatic payment is declined and does not get settled within 24 hours a $15 late fee will be applied  every 3 days, the payment is missed.  
  • The prepaid attraction ticket booking can be released to debit/ credit card holders on file. 
  • Changes can be made up to 72 hours prior to the stated arrival date. Once attraction tickets have been  released, no modifications can be made. 
  • A modification fee of $25 will be applied to any changes made associated with prepaid booking  including, but not limited to travel date change, ticket booking upgrades and/ or downgrades, or party size  adjustment. 
  • Any payment already made towards your prepaid booking will not be refunded; nor shall any differential  amount be refunded if modifications lead to a lesser amount already paid. 
  • Attraction ticket booking can be cancelled prior or up to 24 hours before stated arrival date, with the  following exceptions: booking that have been emailed, shipped, or picked up; no refunds are offered.
  • In the event of a cancellation, any refund of the payment made towards the attraction ticket booking is  subject to cancellation fees. A $50 non-refundable deposit of first payment will go towards cancelled  orders. 
  • If the attraction ticket booking is not collected, the prepaid charges already paid shall be withheld minus  the $50 non-refundable deposit. The debit/ credit card holder must contact Kissimmee Guest Services via  email prior/or within 5 business days of the stated arrival date, if debit/ credit card holder would like to keep  their attraction ticket order or make other arrangements. 
  • No refunds are offered if the debit/ credit card holder contacts us past the 5-business day mark. A  promo code will be issued and can be used up to 2 years from the $50 non-refundable deposit date.
